In the file you can find also a map of the congress center and some details about registration process and activities of the events.
Please remember to check and follow them.
Bring print of your pass email and your ID document. If you have more than 1 pass you need to collect all your passes together.
Please remember that you can’t have a friend collect your pass.
If you have made a mistake with your details (name, surname or date of birth), or you have lost your pass e-mail, please report it to the security when you get in line and to the registration desk.
After collecting your pass you can leave the congress center and come back 20/30 minutes before the start of your first activity.
Please while at the fanmeet pay attention to announces made by our staff, written on boards, and showed on the stage screen. You can ask our staff for any question or problem.
Please remember that friends and parents who don’t have a pass cannot enter the fanmeet area, only participants who need to collect their pass and attend the fanmeet can.
WE REMIND EVERYBODY THAT UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE A PASS YOU WON’T BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE FANMEETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
