Here we are with details about bookings for the 2nd round of fanmmet with William&Est!

WILLIAM&EST 2nd FANMEET bookings open on MAY 7th at 3.00 pm (Rome time zone)

If you tried to book a pass for their 1st fanmeet but couldn’t get one, or if you booked a different pass instead of your 1st choice and want to have another change to get it for the 2nd round, you can ask to be added to the WAITING LIST (until all limited spots are filled).

People in the waiting list will be able to book their pass earlier on MAY 7th from 10.30 am to 2.00 pm (Rome time zone).

HOW TO REQUEST TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITING LIST (places are limited and we will assign them based on the order we will receive email requests):
On SUNDAY MAY 4th from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm (Rome time zone) send an email to: as follows.

• Subject: Waiting list
• Specify your SURNAME, NAME, EMAIL, DATE OF BIRTH. Specify if you need special assistance for any physical or psychological condition.
• Specify if you already have a pass for 1st fanmeet with William&Est or if you tried to book one without success.

 

YOU CAN ASK FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE IN EACH EMAIL.
DO NOT SEND DOUBLE REQUESTS OR YOU WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE WAITING LIST.

We will add you to the waiting list (as per availability) and within 48 hours we will send you details on how to book a pass in advance on MAY 7th from 10.30 am to 2.00 pm.

Upgrades and pass exchanges from 1st fanmeet to 2nd fanmeet are NOT allowed. We won’t reply to emails asking about that.

JIB DREAM FANMEET 5 – Fan-projects guidelines 
 
Are you planning to realize freebies, banners, roll-up, fanvideos or any other kind of fan-project for next August fanmeets? Great! This is what you need to do:

 

1. 1 – Within July 10th send an email to asking for your project(s) to be approved, specifying first of all your name, surname and pass number. Groups of fans need to choose one person who is going to represent them and be responsible for projects of their group. This person needs to send an email to asking for their group’s project(s) to be approved, specifying first of all their own name, surname and pass number and that they represent a group.
2. 2 – In your email describe also your project(s) in detail specifying size of the object(s), characteristics, what you want to do and so on. Send us also an image of the object(s) you want to realize. Upload your image on a file sharing service and send us the link, or if the image is less than 3MB attach it to your email. Make sure the attachment is not above 3MB or your email will be rejected and deleted.
3. 3 – If you wish to create a fanvideo remember that it needs to be maximum 60 seconds long. Upload your video on a file sharing service and send us the link to download it. Don’t attach your video to the email you send us or it will be rejected and deleted. YOU CAN SEND ONLY 1 VIDEO FOR EACH COUPLE.
