JIB DREAM FANMEET - ACTIVITIES

At some events it may be possible while at others it won't be possible. if it is possible to ask questions directly to guests you must strictly follow instructions provided by our staff.

While in the stage room you must stay seated and behave in a polite e respectful way towards guests on stage and fellow participants. You cannot move your seat or walk around, you can’t make noise. You can take photos of the guests from your place without flash.

At photo and autograph sessions you are NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE GUESTS AND/OR ASK FOR PERSONALIZATIONS.
At photo and autograph sessions no personal conversation exceeding a simple greeting and a “thank you” is allowed.
Please remember that you can bring only 1 single small bag inside photo op and autograph rooms. Bigger bags and luggage are not allowed.

You will receive 1 PRINTED COPY OF YOUR PHOTO in about 1-2 hours directly at the fanmeet venue, specific details on the collecting place for the photo will be on the program of the event.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COLLECT OR RECEIVE YOUR PHOTO AFTER THE END OF THE FANMEET.

Digital file of your photo op is NOT included in your pass.
In the months following a fanmeet occasionally we may accept requests for photo files as an extra service with an additional cost. Please check announces on this website and JIB social media to see if, how and when it could be possible to request your file if you are interested in getting it as an extra.

You can receive AUTOGRAPHS OF THE GUESTS only on OFFICIAL PRINTED MATERIAL OF THE EVENT.

You are allowed to give gifts and letters in person to the guests ONLY AT AUTOGRAPH SESSIONS if you have this activity included in your pass.
You are allowed to leave gifts and letters for the guests at the registration desk when you collect your pass (gift cannot be bigger than 50cm x 50cm x 50cm).
You cannot give gifts and letters to the guests or the staff during any other activity or moment of the fanmeet.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT GIFTS MUST BE UNWRAPPED FOR SECURITY CHECK AT ANY TIME. It is forbidden to give the guests offensive or dangerous gifts.

At meet&greets, parties and any other special activities that allow you to meet the guests and spend some time with them IT IS FORBIDDEN TO TOUCH THE GUESTS, ASK THEM PERSONAL QUESTIONS, MONOPOLIZE THEIR ATTENTION AND TIME, ASK THEM FOR SELFIES AND AUTOGRAPHS, OR GIVE THEM PRESENTS.
Sharing of private personal experiences and problems is also forbidden because it may trigger an emotional and psychological reaction in other participants.
VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDING IS FORBIDDEN AT ALL THESE ACTIVITIES.

If you have an emotional moment or a panic attack while attending one of the activities our staff will escort you outside giving you time to recover. If you feel like you are losing control while in line for an activity or while attending an activity please ask the staff for help so that you can step out until you feel better.
