BOOK A PASS
HOW DO I BOOK A PASS?
You can book a pass in the booking section of this website. Open the booking section, select the pass (or passes) you wish to have and follow procedure to complete your request.
If you have a disability or need special assistance, send an email to and you will receive instructions on how to book one of the dedicated seats (as long as they are available).
CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER PLACING A BOOKING?
No, if you book a pass you must COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING REGULARLY. If you don’t complete your booking you won’t be accepted as a participant at a later time.
ARE YOU GOING TO SEND ME MY PASS BY MAIL?
No, we are going to send you by e-mail a receipt of your pass to be printed. To collect your pass badge at the event you need to present A PRINTED COPY OF YOUR PASS EMAIL RECEIPT AND A VALID ID DOCUMENT.
Remember that you have to be present in person to collect your pass and you cannot delegate others to do it for you.
Remember that when booking a pass you must provide correct and complete personal details that match your ID document.
CAN I GIVE MY PASS TO ANOTHER PERSON?
No, passes are nominal so you can’t give your pass to another person, not even if you cannot attend the event.
