Upon request of the agency representing the actors freebies are not allowed.
• Upon request of the agency representing the actors gifts are not allowed (only letters and cards are allowed).
• Only authorized fan projects can be brought to the fanmeets.
Your fan projects can only concern the actors of the fanmeet(s) you are attending.
Fan projects must not contain names, logos, references, or links to social media accounts, websites, activities, people, etc. This is because fan projects must NEVER be used to gain a profit, to promote something or someone as a hidden form of leafleting, or to create competition among fans or fandoms.
Any issue related to what you create will be entirely your responsibility (for example any issue about the safety and legality of the items, or the copyright of images, drawings, logos, etc.).
ANYONE WHO CREATES A FAN PROJECT – EVEN IF APPROVED – IS NOT PART OF THE FANMEET ORGANIZATION AND DOES NOT ACT ON BEHALF OF THE FANMEET ORGANIZATION. THE FANMEET ORGANIZATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NOR INVOLVED IN ANY FUNDRAISING OR OTHER INITIATIVES UNDERTAKEN BY INDIVIDUAL FANSOR FAN GROUPS FOR FAN PROJECTS.
