The next JIB DREAM FANMEET 5 on AUGUST 30th and 31th 2025 will take place at Hilton Rome Airport Hotel in Fiumicino.
We will give you information on room reservations for the JIB DREAM FANMEET 5 very soon.

• The hotel rates do not include the City Tax (€3.00 per person per night), which must be paid separately on site.

• American breakfast and VAT are included in the rates.

• Booking is possible only by link and with Credit Card, the hotel cannot enter manually the booking. If after several attempts you are unable to book via the links above, please send an email to Romap.cbtrustno!@Hilton.com explaining the error message received. Do not change the link message otherwise won’t work.

• Hilton reservations staff for the convention will respond to you within 10 business days. Please do not follow up with additional mails before 10 working days from the first email.

• Minors cannot stay alone in the hotel, there must be an adult in the room with them. Minors staying at the Hilton accompanied by an adult who is not a parent must bring a DECLARATION OF CONSENT completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. You can download it HERE

• Number of rooms you wish to book
• Number of people for each room (up to a maximum of 2 - 3 in case you want a triple room)
• Room type (e.g. single beds or double bed)
• Check in date - check out date (date of arrival and departure date)
• Name and surname of the person in charge of the booking
• Email address and telephone number of the person in charge of the reservation

After receiving your email, Hilton staff will contact you within 10 working days.
