If you do not have a credit card you can write to Romap.cbtrustno!@Hilton.com and ask if it is possible to send a wire transfer, but only do this if you really have no way of using a credit card.

Hilton reservations staff for the convention will respond to you within 10 business days. Do not write back before 10 working days from the first email.
Minors cannot stay alone in the hotel, there must be an adult in the room with them. Minors staying at the Hilton accompanied by an adult who is not a parent must bring a DECLARATION OF CONSENT completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. You can download it HERE
