The next JIB DREAM FANMEET 6.5 on May 23th-24th 2026 and JIB DREAM FANMEET 7 on August 29th-30th 2026 will take place at Hilton Rome Airport Hotel in Fiumicino.

BOOK A TRIPLE ROOM AT HILTON ROME AIRPORT HOTEL

If you wish to book a triple room at Hilton Roome Airport Hotel, you will have to send an email to Romap.cbtrustno!@Hilton.com with the following data:

• Subject: "JUS IN BELLO BOOKINGS"
• Email content:
• Number of rooms you wish to book
• Number of people for each room (3 people)

After receiving your email, Hilton staff will reply within 10 working days to inform you if you will be assigned a triple room and will provide you further instruction on how to proceed.

INFORMATION FROM THE HOTEL ABOUT BOOKING PROCEDURE

• The hotel rates do not include the City Tax (€ 4.00 per person per night), which must be paid separately on site.

• American breakfast and VAT are included in the rates.

• Booking is possible only by link and with Credit Card, the hotel cannot enter manually the booking.

• In case you need to contact the hotel please use the following e-mail address: Romap.cbtrustno!@Hilton.com and not via telephone.

• Hilton Hotel Staff in charge of JIB bookings will reply you within 10 working days, do not send your e-mail again to solicitate an answer, the follow up will not prioritize your request

• DO NOT change the booking link language. It works only in English.

• The last step of the reservation is NOT a credit card authorization for the total amount of the stay, but it is a credit card security check, and no charge is done at this stage.

• One night will be charged by the hotel system within 24 hours of your booking.

• This deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

• For accessible rooms please make the booking first and then write an email to to request an accessible room.

• The use of the storage is possible upon space availability, only in the hotel you made the booking and only for the day you are in house ( day IN and Day OUT included).

• Please make sure to enter the right information at the moment of the booking, to avoid emails to adjust the reservation.

• Children don’t pay till 10 years old. Age over 10 will have to be added as an adult. If you make a booking with a child over 10 years old the front desk will adjust the room cost at check in.

• If your credit card expires before your arrival do not write to the hotel. The deposit of one night has been already taken on the old card and you will be able to provide the new one directly at check in.

• Check in is guaranteed starting from 03.00 pm, Check out must be by 10.00 am.

• Early check in cannot be guaranteed, it depends on the availability of rooms at the moment of your arrival, please do not send e mail inquiry for this.

• You can enter a note in case of late arrival at the moment of the booking.

• If you have made different bookings and you wish to stay in the same room for the entire stay, please inform the reception at your arrival, please do not send an email inquiry for this.

• At the moment of the booking please enter all guests’ name, otherwise if they arrive before you the front desk will not check them in. The first guest arriving will be asked for a credit card to cover or guarantee the remaining part of the stay not yet paid.

• Underage participants are not allowed to stay or check-in at the hotel on their own, without one of their parents or legal guardians. Minors staying at the Hilton Hotel without their parent/s or legal guardian/s must produce at check-in a printed DECLARATION OF CONSENT filled and signed by both their parents or legal guardian and attach their ID copies.
